It reminded me of this&#8230;<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">For years I thought \u201cIt\u2019s me why on occasions I can not connect to people.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<ul>\n<li>I felt uncomfortable when people didn\u2019t open up, enabling a flow in our conversation.<\/li>\n<li>My body tensed as I blamed myself for causing this situation.<\/li>\n<li>My mind was buzzing, worrying about a mistake I could have made or how to fix it.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Today, I know that\u2026<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<ul>\n<li>my (mostly) positive spirit irritated \u201cthe demons of the people\u201d I engaged with.<\/li>\n<li>the Pleaser saboteur in me wants people around me to always feel good, putting myself last.<\/li>\n<li>if I feel any emotional pain, I need to STOP it and shift into a neutral or positive mind.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">How about you?
