If this anchor moment is part of a strong routine, voila! You will succeed faster with your new habit!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Let&#8217;s look closer at the 3 Ingredients of a New Tiny Habit<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00ae<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">-1- Start with &#8222;After I&#8230;&#8220; followed by an event,\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">-2- continue with &#8222;I will&#8230;&#8220; followed by an action of yours,\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">-3- end with &#8222;&#8230;and celebrate myself by doing&#8230;&#8220; to cheer for your success!<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Please don&#8217;t take doing your new habit for granted!<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On the contrary!
