You will experience

#1   Your personal online coaching (90 minutes).

  • In this coaching session you deep-dive into your burning issue or intended aspiration, learning about your behavior, habits, and mental self-sabotage.
  • You can flag any topic of interest to improve your habit skills and mental strength. Many of my clients wish to set a new aspiration, create new habits or reflect on their bad habits, unwrapping their impact.

#2   The 5-day sparring or Tiny Habits® program (Monday-Friday). 

  • After your 90-minutes personal coaching you have two options to be supported.
  • Choose daily sparring to discuss any question or idea appearing after your coaching session.
  • You can reach out to me ad hoc and at any time on 5 workdays in a row, being supported via email or a messaging tool up to 10 minutes a day.
  • Choose to run the Tiny Habits® program to learn about the Tiny Habits® method and a tool which helps you create tiny, easy habits.
  • You create and test your first 3 Tiny Habits® to support your aspiration, e.g. exercising more. 
  • You get daily (video) inputs increasing your understanding about behavior and the power of Tiny Habits®.
  • As a certified Tiny Habits® Coach I will guide you via email-coaching, answering all your questions every day.
  • The 5-day Tiny Habits® program is in collaboration with world-famous researcher and Professor BJ Fogg, PhD, from Stanford University.

  • Want to learn how to share uncomfortable discoveries with more ease, and with me in a safe space.
  • Have little time but can make 15 min on weekdays happen, plus a 60 min personal online coaching per week for 5 weeks in a row. Every interaction is online, supporting your flexibility.
  • Want to dedicate a fair budget.

You will experience

#1   Your personal online coaching program (5 x 60 minutes).

  • In these coaching sessions you deep-dive into your behavior, wanted habits, and mental health.
  • Flag any topic of interest to improve your habit skills and mental health. Still, I invite you to explore with me how to
    • Set a wanted aspiration, e.g. being less stressed.
    • Create behaviors and habits to achieve this aspiration.
    • Design your first Tiny Habits® to start your personal change with ease.
    • Discover your stress level, daily energy curve, and chronotype to reset your daily rhythm.
    • Adapt your behavior, habits, and surroundings to your temperament’s needs (introvert <> extrovert).
    • Unmask your mental saboteurs – e.g. the hyper-achiever, restless, stickler, pleaser – and by that achieve your aspirations with more ease. 
  • This 60-minutes coaching shall be scheduled once a week, for 5 weeks in a row. 7 days shall be in between.

#2   The 5-day Tiny Habits® program (Monday-Friday of week #2). 

  • In this program you get to know the Tiny Habits® method and a tool which helps you create tiny, easy habits.
  • You create and test your first 3 Tiny Habits® to support your aspiration, e.g. being less stressed. 
  • You get daily (video) inputs increasing your understanding about behavior and the power of Tiny Habits®.
  • As a certified Tiny Habits® Coach I will guide you via email-coaching, answering all your questions every day. This 5-day program will happen in the second week of your 5-week coaching.
  • The 5-day Tiny Habits® program is in collaboration with world-famous researcher and Professor BJ Fogg, PhD, from Stanford University.
